Our approach to Ali Zai Arcade centered on establishing a dialogue between seemingly opposing materials. The cold, structural permanence of concrete is softened by the organic warmth of wood cladding.

The interior spaces are designed to maximize spatial efficiency while providing a premium experience. The consistent use of black marble flooring across levels unifies the diverse functional zones, from retail areas to executive suites.
