Architectural Excellence

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A seamless blend of traditional Saudi elements and modern design.

The Khurais Road Restaurant Complex represents a new standard in luxury dining architecture. Situated on a prominent 17-kanal site, the development features four distinct restaurant buildings, each expressing its unique identity while maintaining a cohesive architectural language defined by light-toned travertine, arched openings, and sophisticated geometric friezes.

Design Philosophy

Heritage Reimagined

Incorporating traditional Saudi architectural elements like crenellated parapets and geometric motifs into a contemporary form, creating a dialogue between past and future.

Materiality

The extensive use of horizontally-banded travertine stone provides a sense of permanence and luxury, contrasting elegantly with dark-framed glazing and metal accents.

Spatial Dynamics

Varied massing, including circular elements and rectilinear blocks, creates dynamic elevations that engage visitors from multiple vantage points along the road.
